Terms & Conditions for 7000be

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 7000be, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent);
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or otherwise restricted from participating in online gambling by a competent authority;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 7000be or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
• You have not previously had a 7000be account closed for breach of these Terms.

Age Verification

7000be takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. All players are required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document confirming the player's full name and date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority.

7000be reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during a player's use of the platform — not only at the withdrawal stage. If a player fails or refuses to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period of being asked, 7000be may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Players who knowingly provide false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents to circumvent age verification will have their accounts permanently closed and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the 7000be platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7000be does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and BRAC Bank.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 7000be account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the issuing bank. 7000be does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges in accordance with its own terms.

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the account holder's name on 7000be — are not permitted and may be refunded or held pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. To be eligible to withdraw funds, a player must have completed the identity verification process described in Section 2 and must not have any pending verification requests outstanding. Withdrawal requests are processed promptly; most bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within one to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

7000be does not apply fees to standard withdrawals. Players are advised to check whether their payment service provider applies any receiving fees. Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Anti-Money Laundering

7000be maintains an anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance programme. Any deposit or withdrawal activity that appears inconsistent with legitimate gaming behaviour may trigger an enhanced due diligence review. During any such review, 7000be may place a temporary hold on the relevant account and request supporting documentation. Players are required to cooperate fully with any AML-related request. Funds associated with suspected money laundering or financial crime will not be released and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7000be may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated clearly at the time the offer is communicated. The following general principles apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements — a specified number of times that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Players should ensure they understand and accept the wagering requirement before opting in to any bonus offer.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Players who open multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, who use bot software to meet wagering requirements, or who engage in any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any winnings derived from the abusive activity forfeited. Syndicated or coordinated bonus abuse — where multiple players work together to exploit a promotion — is treated as a material breach of these Terms.

Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a defined validity period stated in its terms. Bonus funds and any associated free bets that have not been used within the validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the validity period; incomplete wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance.

7000be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Suspected money laundering or financing of prohibited activities;
• Receipt of a valid request from a law enforcement authority or financial regulator;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy;
• Extended account inactivity, in accordance with the dormant account policy described below.

Player-Initiated Closure

Any player wishing to close their 7000be account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Before closing an account, the player must withdraw any positive balance remaining in their wallet, subject to the standard verification and withdrawal processing requirements. Accounts with outstanding verification requirements may not be eligible for immediate withdrawal of funds; the player must complete verification first.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve months. Prior to applying any dormant account fee, 7000be will send a notification to the email address registered on the account. If no response or login activity is recorded within thirty days of that notification, a monthly dormant account administration fee of ৳200 may be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account may do so by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed by 7000be due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings generated prior to the detection of the breach — may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be forfeited if the breach is confirmed. 7000be will retain a record of all closed-for-breach accounts and will refuse any future registration attempts from the same individual.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between a player and 7000be that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team will be escalated to a formal dispute resolution process. 7000be will make reasonable efforts to resolve all player disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Players are encouraged to contact the support team as the first step in any dispute.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7000be with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
